Hi:
Was trying to insert a graphic to "Insert 2nd Disc" in a DVD.
Am getting an error when trying to use the "Import Title's Closing Clip" macro in Pgcedit (happens in ver 0.5.1 and 0.5.6) for doing this.
Here is the exact error
can't read "::pgcs(1,4,Title)": no such element in array
can't read "::pgcs(1,4,Title)": no such element in array
while executing
"subst \$::pgcs($origtitle_vts,$origtitle_ttn,Title)"
(procedure "::macros::import_title_closing_clip" line 258)
invoked from within
"::macros::import_title_closing_clip"
(menu invoke)
If needed I can give more details --- I searched but ended with 2 threads (both having >300 replies - so couldn't get anywhere !)
I can reproduce this all the time -- so feel free to suggest stuff that I can try !
If this is an FAQ, please point me in the right direction - I would love to have a solution for this.
Thanks !

When you try to insert a "graphic", what do you mean? Just a BMP or PNG or something?
You must make that graphic into a little DVD - use muxman to do so. Then you can import the title by browsing to the IFO.

Right -- am trying to insert a DVD structure .... but I don't get that far.
I get the first dialog in PgcEdit - this is where you set the time (or infinite) and choose the action when the timeout expires.
After this, you are supposed to get a dialog to select the IFO file - but I get the above error in a popup - so I don't get to select the actual "little DVD"
Thanks
I too experienced the error message once with v.5.2, don't remember now how I "fixed" that....guessing by re-opening the folder perhaps.
I have been using VobBlanker to perform the 2disk backup exclusively. Say I have 30 cells in the main movie, I will start with selecting the first 15 cells as disk1 and blank the rest(for disk2). If VB shows there is more room then I include cell#16, 17 and so on till it's near full(4470mb). Lets say I selected upto cell#17, I will replace cell#18 with the "Insert Disc2 to continue" clip which I obtained here (http://www.posunplugged.com/).
I'm @work right now, there is a step or two you need to do in PgcEdit, don't be scared it's easy! :p. It involves adding a cell command on cell#18 to go straight to the end of the movie for disk1 and the same to go straight to cell#18 on disk2. Otherwise you'll see a lag, a countdown after playing disk1, 19, 20, 21....

Well ... re-starting PgcEdit did not help in my case. I wanted use this macro to insert that clip at the end of my movie ....
let me try the vobblanker route .... but I see enough posts here to validate that the macro (Import Closing Clip) works well for many others ....
so am not sure if I've hit some weird bug or not ...
If its a bug and if r0lz or anyone else wants me to keep this DVD's files to do some debugging, I'd be happy to.

If it's a bug, r0lZ will have the final say. ;)

I agree :)
Meanwhile, I'll try doing this with other movie DVDs just for testing (even though they are only 1 disc movies !!)
If its a bug, it probably shouldn't happen on every DVD that I try - some should work atleast.
Hopefully r0lZ would have some time to drop by this thread ;)
