intervideo copy 3

just got intervideo copy 3, i have done three copies in main movie only and whole movie, on the fly and rip to hd and in all cases i get great picture but NO AUDIO. help, thanks

This is my favorite One click program. I've used it quite a bit but never experienced what you have. Take one of your copies with no audio and open it in Shrink to see what if any audio streams are on the disc
