Hi,
I'm doing a project in which I capture DV material (from a Canon mv150i) into premiere 6.5, Microsoft DV - 25 fps.
I´m not 100% happy with the movement in my footage - a problem that gets worse when exporting from premiere - I´ll explain.
For instance: I have a beautiful close up of a hand moving, shot from aprox 30 cm distance. When I look at this shot on the display of the camcorder, I notice fast movements get slightly ´ghosted´; as if the camera can't keep track of things altogether. Don´t know why this is - probably normal with relatively cheap equipment. It's no big problem anyway.
After capturing, working in premiere, the problem´s of course still there. However, the 'ghosting' gets worse after exporting. Fast movements are even more blurry. I've tried different codecs. I also de-intelaced exported movies after exporting - but this seems not to be the problem.
Does anybode have a clue?
Regards,
Jochem
