DV to DVD: TMPGEnc error. Help

during the video encoding step, TMPGEnc gives this error:
AVISource: couldn't locate a decompressor for fourcc CDVC (C:\Documents and Settings\bmok\My Documents\DVD\AviSynth_Script_file.avs, line 2)

and the a window pops up:
This window size is not accepted by selected MPEG-2 level.

I'm converting my DV to DVD. Please help. Thanks.

I tried all of them:
Canopus Edit Compatible AVI (AVI 1)
Canopus Reference AVI
Premiere compatible Canopus AVI (AVI 2)
