PAL DVD -> NTSC DVD problem with subtitles

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone has experienced this problem.
I was doing a conversion from PAL to NTS DVD and when the process comes to DVD authoring with Scenarist, somehow Scenarist is not encoding all subtitle BMP files.
For example in DVD2SVCD subtitle folder I see these files:

en100001.bmp
en100002.bmp
en100003.bmp
en100004.bmp
en100005.bmp

etc.

But when scenarist encodes the subtitle files, some of them are skipped:

en100001.bmp.sp
en100003.bmp.sp
en100005.bmp.sp

Has anyone experienced this problem?
