External subtitles aren't being split right

If I make an AVI of 2 x 700 MB the external subtitles for the first and the second part are both displayed simultaniously while playing the first file but are not shown at all while playing the second file.
The same happens if I play the file of 1 x 1400 MB (whole film in one AVI) together with the whole external subtitles file. At the first half of the film, the external subtitles for the first and the second part are both displayed simultaniously, and at the second half of the film, no subtitles at all will be shown.
Can anyone tell me why this is like that?

try to rename the second subtitle to the name of your cd2 movie. My guess is that they received both the name CD1 or part 1 or whatever AGK calls them.
As for the whole subtitle file, I can't see why it would have the wrong timestamps. Did you make it yourself? Could you upload it somewhere?
