problem whit color on idx/sub subs

i have a scott 842 whit modded firmware that suport idx/sub subs on divx/xvid, the problem is that they are shown in green and i'm seeking for some advise on how to changes the color

You must convert the subtitle colors to YUV. I made a convert tool some months ago, search the philips dvp720 thread.
