How to uninstall the Panasonic DV decod ?

Hello there,

I could not find a way to uninstall the codec. It interfers with my Canon A80 videos and they can't be decoded anymore and the sharpening effect is something which increases the noise too much for my taste.

I hope that you can help me in this case, thank you :)

Go to the Control Panel, go to Sound and Audio Devices, go to Hardware, scroll down to Video Codecs, click Properties and select the pdvcodec.dll and click Remove.

Other way: use DirectShow Filter Manager (DSFM), very easy and usefull.
