Missing frames with CCE 2.70: Try this

The folks experiencing the missing frames error (and can repeat it) with CCE 2.70 could try do a multipass encode with VBR_BIAS set at 40 and report back?

Might want to try and REPEAT the error first before trying this as a control measure. Some of these errors don't happen twice even with the same source & same process. That way they can see more accurately if your suggestion works. just a suggestion :)
