Not an everyday problem, but for save space and quality:
I have a film, coded with 24fps (I suppose from region 1 DVD) with English audio.
I've get also the national audio (translated) track in MP3 with 25 fps.
Is there any way to change the "fps" of the MP3 track (to be 4%longer) lossless, without recoding? I think about like at .AVI framerate changing, or some slowdown plugin in Winamp.
