Lots of filters require the specification of the field order. I've read lots of information about this and most methods require the 'eyes' and vDub e.t.c. AutoGK does this somehow programmically, how ? What does it do ? I've looks through your AVS scripts and read many articles on your interlace, telecine checking e.t.c. (very good) but couldn't find anything concerning the field order.
Hope you can help, TIA
I am a programmer and know about video so I wont get 'lost' by your answer.

DGIndex stores that info in D2V files. Have a look at the description of the format in DGIndex folder.

There are ways to do it even without the flagging. It's been discussed here and trbarry made a pretty reliable method, IIRC.

Found the field flag fine, cheers....
I noticed when AutoGK runs DGIndex it prevents it's information window being display, is there a CLI command that I don't know about or is AutoGK doing a find window/close window type thing via code?

Nothing special is done, its just launched minimized from WinAPI.

I didn't think of minimised as window hidden didn't prevent the info window displaying.
works, cool
