I have a problem with Scream 1 & 2. AutoGknot for some reason encodes part of the menus at the start of the movie & adds part of the start of the movie at the end of the movie.

This is a encode of a IFO rip (DVD source) so it's a pretty big bug IMO.

That is no bug at all.
Just rip what you need of the movie with DVD Decrypter. Cut away all the parts you dont need and process them with AutoGK.
