View Full Version : Run time error 76 and 52 since .86 introduction

I have noticed something since the introduction of version .86. If the source path is not present, dvd-rb will not start up. It will give either a "run-time error '76' path not found" or "run-time error '52' bad file name or number"

In order to get rebuilder up I have to edit the .ini and set the source path to a valid video_ts directory.

This did not happen in version .81 to .85

If I finish processing with dvd-RB, close it, delete the source directory (since I am done with it) and then reopen dvd-rb to process another movie, I get that error.

When I install the new update of dvd-rb, I simply open the archive and overwrite the existing files.

Everything was working fine until the .86 release. Am I supposed to do something other than just overwrite the files? I have a semi-doctored .ini file (qmat turned on). Do I have to delete the .ini every time I re install?

Thanks!

I found and fixed this error for v0.88.
