View Full Version : green subtitles in movie only mode

I've just done DVD backup used movie only mode with DVD-RB 0.87a (CCE 2.67.00.27) and I've seen that subtlitles are green... actually unreadable. Maybe it is important that main movie is included in VTS_02.
Is there someone who had the same problem?

Hmmm... I guess I need to load the color tables with some better defaults. It never even occurred to me until now. I'll put it in v0.88.

@artoor
Follow this Guide:

Use the values to use in IfoEdit and see if they fix it.

In fact :) The last page of Your guide can solve my problem. I did't have to use it right now because it was just a test "movie only" mode but I think Your guide can be helpful in the future :) Well done!
Thanks!

I just did my first Movie Only today with RB 87a, then found this thread :( Was a Chinese thriller The Eye with English subtitles. Same problem as artoor had, subs were all bold and green and unreadable. I simply copied the colour table from the original dvd ifo file to the new rb generated ifo file with IfoEdit and that fixed it.
It would be good if the original subs colour table gets copied across rather than some fixed defaults.

Yep. v0.88 will work that way.

No chance that this bug is related to my problem conserning 0 MB subtitles (no subtitles at all at nyt player). It is as thread "DVD-RB 0.87a-PRO and no subtitles".
