Audio / Video Sync Issues

I'm sure this has been posted before and I have seen it but I am not finding it now.

I am using AutoGK to encode DVDs and just tried using the Philips DVP642 and aprt way through the DVDs the audio and video are not synced. However, when I am playing the files on my computer it stays synced.

Any ideas on what I need to do? I am playing am ripping/encoding in AC3 and it does come out it digital sound.
