Way undersized files - 1.2gb

Help, I've been using DVD-RB for the past year without any problems, worked great. I registered and upgraded to Pro a couple months back and still no problem. However, the last 2 movies I've tried are coming out arounf 1.3gb and I can't figure out why. I was using version .85 and even tried an older version .79 that I've used dozens of times. No settings were changed. Any ideas?

Did you use 1 pass vbr and blanking features?

No, but I installed a program called D.I.K.O and I think it messed up my MPEG2Dec3dg.dll - if I look at one the files DVD-RB creates it is black with red lines, I believe that is an AVISYNTH problem. Only thing is, I can't figure out how to fix it.

Problem solved, encoder wasn't setup properly:(
