CCE 2.70 launches but waits for me to click encode

Trying CCE-SP 2.70 with DVD-RB PRO .85 and when CCE launches during the encode stage, it sits waiting for me to press "encode" on the CCE window. Am I totally missing something? I used CCE 2.50 in the past and it always launched and encoded without my input.

Sorry if this is stupid but I can't figure out what's going on.

Go into setup and click "run encoder minimized"

Thanks a lot Axlemar. That was exactly it. Apparently with 2.50 that wasn't necessary. It was driving me insane!!
