2.06b "EXCEPTION: Audio is not found." DTS?

i got a movie, its divx dts, i thought dts is now supported?...my philips dvp642 doesn't support dts so i tried to convert it with autogk into xvid ac3...but "EXCEPTION: AUDIO IS NOT FOUND" showed up?...the sound doesnt even play on my computer...do i need a new codec or something to convert it?
