Hello there,
I'm using a USB VStream DVB-T box to do my captures. With the sotware that comes with it (and the only stuff I can find to work with it so far), I don't get an opportunity to set the frame rate.
When I open the MPEG in either ProjectX or PVAStrumento, it tells me I have 25fps at 16:9.
That's all good & well, except, after I demux the input to the associated audio & video, the video is now only at 20fps...
Does any one have any ideas as to why, or how to overcome this problem?
Is this normal behaviour, whatever normal is?
