Hi all..
Just wanted to know, is there harm in clicking ENABLE OUTPUT DIRECTORY, then during batch mode, specify all 6 discs I'm rebuilding to use 1 working directory (say /tmp/working) but have them all outputted to say /tmp/output/disc1, disc2, etc.
because I just did 6 discs of 24 like that, and I hope this wont be a problem!
things from one disc wont be mixed and matched with things from another just for sharing one common WORKING folder will it?

Theres no harm in doing that. The only time theres a problem is if you have errors and the batch goes on to the next batch project because it deletes the d2vavs directory for each new batch.

I just want to clearify you can use the same working directory for the 6 projects but you must use seperate output directories for each of the 6 finished batch projects e.g.
/tmp/output/disc1
/tmp/output/disc2
/tmp/output/disc3
etc...
If you use the same output directory for the complete batch job (all 6 disks)you will overwrite the previous job. for exampe job 6 will overwrite job 5 thus loosing job 5 and the end result will be one complete job (disk 6).

I am sorry to inform you that (if you don't read this or the previous post by dannyv) you will only get the last project done when your Batch process finishes :(
You can choose one working path for all your projects, but, you must select different output paths for each project.

no, no
i did choose individual output dirs :]
sorry i should've made that clearer, my sentance was poorly worded at the end.. I was only concerned about the WORKING path
