I have tried to backup about 50 dvds and only some 3-4 have gone through without any errors you name an error mentioned in here and I had them all from missing .mv2 files to different buffer overflow errors.
I have tried untouched dvds and I have tried pre-processed dvds all the same always some kind of error, tried different versions of DVD Rebuilder (free and pro) tried all kinds of CCE versions HC and QuEnc.
I was giving up hope for this product but I wanted to try it one more time and tried different settings on my computer (Win XP SP2 Pro English) stopped services and tried different tweaks and finally shut down my antivirus program (Norman) and viola! It works! :D
So it seams all my problems was related to my antivirus software because if I shut it down before I run DVD RB it works every time for me now.
I kept my previous pre-processed dvd's for a rainy day so I could compare once the problem was solved because I was convinced it was a problem in DVD RB or the encoders so it is the same projects that always gave me errors before that now are working with all different encoders and I even tried different versions of DVD RB and so far no errors :cool:
So maybe ALL problems reported her are not related to DVD RB or the encoders ;)
