UPDATE:

i reinstall 1.95 (no update from 1.60)
and i use xvid 1.0.3 from 1.95 not extra install 1.1.0b...
now i can encode my dvd but
the avi is not playable (ClassFactory...)

According to the logs it crashes. Probably because of hardware fault: overclocking, overheating or memory problems.

i reinstall windows on my first pc...
and now is allready it works
no problems any more...
