I was wondering if anybody has any experience with enhancing video from surveillance camera's.. Friends of mine were robbed of 17x 17" CRT's and we got the guy on video.. Problem is the video is not very good quality and they asked me if I could find a program which could enhance the image..
You've probably seen the fake programs they use in cop shows on tv, but is there anything out there which can actually do something like that?
Ofcourse I don't expect it to work as good as one of those fake programs, but anything would help!
Price is not an object at this moment...
