I just don't get it why Sony went for such an intricate way for the filenames. My Sony Ericsson z1010 can play MPEG-4 Video files with MPEG-4 Audio just fine with any file name, and without *.thm files. Case in point: if a cell phone can handle various filenames, and the PSP can't, that's inferiority.
