Showtime AVC chapter question

I have encoded many shows using the latest Nero Recode (ASP & AVC)and they work fine except for Chapters. I can slide the chapter bar, I can goto menu and shift through the chapters there, I can also press L and shift through them there. What I can not seem to do is press N (for next chapter) or P (for previous chapter) I need this functionality because I use a remote to view my Nero Digital files.

Can anybody out there explain how I can accomplish, or why I can't do this?

Is there nothing that can be done here? Is this a flaw in ShowTime or does the .mp4 format too early in development to allow for this?

Here I am almost one year later and I just trialed Nero7.
Guess what? Same issue.
I have been using ZoomPlayer per Bond's recommendation to use another player but I have had some issues with poor video quality and wanted to try ShowTime again.
Could one of the Nero guys tell me WHY the "N" and "P" hotkeys do not work for .mp4 files but do work for DVD's?
