I have this anime DVD with 3 episodes on it, but the episodes start on one vob and end on another for example:

Episode 1 starts at VTS_02_1 and it continues on VTS_02_2 and it ends at the middle of VTS_02_3 .

Because im planning to encode those 3 episodes i need to know how to make each episode to be 1 VOB and it needs to be precise 99.9 %, because if it isn't the audio and the video track won't match for the next episode. So if someone can please point me to some guide or show me how to do this.

I assume you're attempting to make a single .avi file, or similar. If so, rip each episode separately in IFO mode. Then, use VobEdit (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Vobtools/Vobedit06.zip)'s "Join Clip" command to concatenate your multiple vob sets into a new vob set, and proceed to your encoding from there.

Another easy way to do this is with dvdshrink.
.
In edit->preferences->output files tab->uncheck "split vob files into 1gb chunks". Re-author each episode separately with shrink and you'll end up with 3 vobs, 1 episode each.

"And yeah i want the finall result to be one avi file per episode."
You can use Virtualdub mpeg2 to convert and merge the files to one avi file.

I did not understand your original question, then. With so little information, I assumed you wanted to take three individual Program Chains (PGCs) and combine them into a single AVI. ... i only have the vobs in my hard drive i don't have the real dvd...If you do not own a legitimate copy of the content, then your request does not follow our Fair Use policy. You can either use Vstrip (http://www.doom9.org/Soft21/Rippers/vStrip_08f_css.zip) to IFO-parse a vob set on disk, or you can retrieve your DVD.

Depending on what you planned on doing with the file, ie making an XviD backup, you can open the files you need in sequence with DGIndex, then scroll to the start and end of the episode setting your start and end points with the left/right bracket buttons, then create your .d2v file. Once you load that into Gordian Knot or AutoGK, only the selected portions will be rendered, and will be done seamlessly.
