Hi

First, im new to DVD stuff so bare with me. :)

Is there a way to "import" whole DVD to a program (Scenarist?) and edit everything there? Where should i start if i want to edit the original DVD (reencode etc.) menus, add/remove subtitles and everything that i can imagine?

Help is appreciated. :)

Thanks in advance.

If you are wanting to use only ONE program to do it all, then take a look at DVD Shrink. It's free and very easy to use. If you are wanting to use Scenarist, you're going to have to spend a good amount of time learning about how to use it and the multiple programs used in order to re-author your DVD.

Take a look at Doom9's guides in order to get an idea of what you'll need when re-authoring with either DVD Shrink or Scenarist.

Thanks for the reply.

I found the guide that might be what im looking for, though it seems to be not as easy as i was hoping for. DVD shrink seems good but im want quality, so i think the CCE route might be the path for me.

Try DVD Rebuilder, it uses CCE and is a fairly easy program to use.
