Does anyone know who created the 383K Windoze compile of ffmpeg which is at http://www.geocities.com/hstink/ ?

I'm most interested in knowing where the modified source is. This compile is dated December 4, 2002.

well running it says its FFMpeg 0.4.6 which is ancient of course. where does it say anything about modified source ?
