CCE Command line Interface?

I've done several searches, but I haven't been able to figure it out.

Is there a command line interface that I can use to get CCE to encode files? If so, where can I find documentation on it?

I'm trying to write a batch script that will let me prepare some input files, run some encoding operations, then mux files together, etc.

It would be nice to be able to add my CCE encode to this batch file, but to do that I need some sort of CLI.

There are multiple batchencoders for cce (batchencodem2v, batchccews) that also have cli support, so you could throw in one of those as well.
