Upon searching "streamlist" because ReMPEG2 wasn't seeing my streamlist, and verifying my streamlist was correct, I did ONE thing that needs to be added to the "transcode a DVD" guide, because if this ISN'T realized, someone will continue to do what I did, and perhaps just skip trying with ReMPEG2.
The streamlist is JUST the movie, if I understand it correctly.
The reason the streamlist wasn't found by ReMPEG2 is that I DIDN'T SAVE THE STREAMLIST FILE TO THE SAME FOLDER HOLDING MY VOBS!
The guide refers to saving the file and making sure it has the .cffl extension, but it never references the fact that the .cffl file needs to be saved to the same folder as your VOB's.
Hope this helps someone pulling their hair out about why it won't work, and perhaps the guide can be updated?
