I have a big problem:
On Playback, Media Player Classic jumps around in the multiangle scene (starwars IV: the yellow opening text) and plays 3 seconds and jump again...:
1:28, 0:54, 1:31, 0:37, 1:33, 0:56, 1:35, 0:28, 1:38, 0:58, [...]

after some minutes jumping around wild (in the multiangle scene), the playback continues normally

I'm using rb0.77 in the 'No Compression' mode. Source is not preprocessed, just ripped to hdd. (I tried preprocessed source with procoder before)

On my Denon Standalone and with Powerdvd everything works fine. (Source and Output)
The fresh ripped dvd works in MPC also fine.

Does Media Player Classic have the ability to play multiple angles?

I get the same thing with Media Player Classic (6.4.8.2 or 6.4.8.3)but in Nero Showtime, PowerDVD 4/5 or on my standalone the same movie will play fine.

I've always gotten that with Windows Media Player -- but it does it on the originals also...

The last movie I did with multiangle or branching was Troy and YES it did it on the Org.

Choose another player to watch the movie (Power or Win) or preprocess with IfoEdit to strip the unwanted angles. Worked great for "The Incredibles" last night.

IfoEdit also has problems with multiangle movies after DVD-RB

You can burn it to DVD-R and watch it in your standalone, it should be ok

I specified "preprocess" with IfoEdit. I understand that this shouldn't become a practice with Rb, however in some circumstances it may be preferrable and effective.

Sorry, I think I didn't make myself clear.

What I meant it's that when you encode a multiangle movie with DVD-RB (without removing the angles previously :) ) by some strange reason the multiangle sections are messed up when you watch them in IfoEdit.

Despite of that you can safely burn the project to DVD-R, and you will watch it ok in your standalone.

This is the same problem I reported here: http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=86096

This seems to be fixed in 0.78. At least, the time doesn't jump when I look at it with Nero Showtime. Haven't tried burning a DVD yet.
