Hi all, new to this forum, I have searched my but off for the answer to my question but no luck. So here goes, I have been backing up my dvds for a couple months and all seemed great. By the way I am using dvd decrypter along with nero ultra 6.6 with recode 2. All the movies were able to play on all my stand alone players (sony, 2 sylvannias, emerson)until the last two weeks. Now just about every other backup fails to play on the sylvannia players which I have 2 fairly new ones and the emerson. They always lock up just before the menu is to appear. Lock up to the point where I have to unplug the player then plug back in to eject the media but they will play fine in the sony. If I burn just the main movie they will all play fine on all the players including the sylvannia and the emerson. Just to be clear, I have used the same media (DVD+R memorex)and the same burning software and procedures. Does anyone have a clue what is going on and what I can do to be able to burn the entire movie and it play on all the players. Sorry this was so long but had to do it! Thanks:confused:
