I enconde DVD9 R3 2046 with DVD-RB 0.74 + Procoder 1.5 and deinterlace with decomb activate, after the enconding i test bitrate viewer over the dvd and is says a peak bitrate 10700, why?
P.D:I use decodefix1.10 dll.

I has to be related to Procoder. DVD-RB just tells it the max, the encode works independently in maintaining it.

Isn't the allowed maximum 10800?

DVD-RB is very conservative in its bitrate settings (9000-audio bitrate), and ProCoder shouldn't spike so high (at least in my tests it doesn't).

bitrate viewer is horrible at that (especially on ntsc FILM sources it tends to report very high bitrates) .. now it is possible for encodes to go higher than the bitrate and still be compliant.. a frame or 2 spike is fine.. just as long as the surrounding frames allow the dvd player to catch up and vbv buffer is controlled properly. the Nuenc thread in the other mpeg2 encoder forum goes into some detail of this.
