Alternative to DVDStyler for Windows ME?

I was wondering if there was a freeware alternative to a program such as DVDStyler [I am trying to merge two dvds and retain their menus]that is compatible with Windows ME?

So far, all I can find for programs that accept VOB as input are for Windows XP.

WinME is about as evil of an OS as you can get, maybe you should bump up to XP instead? Development for ME is likely null now days...even M$ dumped support for ME long before it's 3 year support period was up.
