Dear all,

Anyone know how to change the frame rate of video stream in DGIndex?

DGIndex cannot change the frame rate. All it does is demux elementary streams and generate an index for DGDecode. For frame rate conversions, use an Avisynth script sourcing the video stream from DGDecode.
