Anime problem.

I have an anime I'm encoding and it is giving me trouble with lines after ivtc but they do not look like combing artifacts. I was wondering how to prevent them or get rid of them. They aren't there before ivtc. Here is a screen-shot. Any help appreciated, thanks.

It looks like a deinterlaced frame. Maybe you used Decomb and the post processor is kicking in. If so, try post=0 for Telecide(). If not, please post your script.
