It's hard to guess about your source material. Can you post some typical screenshots?

Answer is very simple. ;)
Use DeScratch for scratches, DeSpot for spots, DeFlicker for flicker, DeGrainMedian for grain, FFT3Dfilter for noise.

I'm very sorry for the delay...here are some screenshots

and i think the flickering was caused
because i had fast changes between combed frames and scenes with less combing
:\
i can't get the IVTC to work both with decomb and BruteIVTC()
i still have a lot of frames with 70+ Vmetric value

You probably want to use Blinddehalo2 and some slight derainbow filter (at least for the scene in pic1) for that kind of source. Else it looks pretty good imho.

Try TIVTC with TFM(mode=2) for IVTCing, then BlindDeHalo2 (like lamer_de said) for halo removal and the VDub filter SmartSmootherHiQ for denoising/rainbow removal/halo reduction.

mode=2 means TFF?
and yeah...i used SmoothUV to reduce the rainbows
and why use VDUB's ssHiQ?
isn't the AVS port better?

SmoothUV works fine for rainbows.
SSHiQ is a general smoother for noise (which aids in removing rainbows and possibly halos). You don't have to use that if the noise doesn't need to be smoothed.

TFM detects the field order automatically, mode=2 is just the way the frames are decimated after field matching and is the best option for anime/cartoons according to its readme. The avisynth version of SSHiQ is quite hard to find, and some users have reported problems with it.
