I'm encoding a TV series and need some help. I'm using GK 0.34.8 beta, and chose the 1/3 CD option for an xvid encode. After setting all the options and telling GK to re-encode the 192 AC3 2ch track to ABR 128 MP3, I came up with files that were 234MB (2MB too big)... and yes, re-calculate video bitrate was checked. Not sure if it matters but IVTC was also performed. Any idea what could've caused the extra 2MB? (BTW, this happened on 3 of 3 eps I encoded, so it's not a fluke.)

BTW, I tried doing a "just mux" (no reencode to mp3) and it came out to the perfect size. I'm testing things again now w/ the latest version of GK.

Thanks.

Pay attention to the audio type you selected - overhead for different audio is different...

Yeah, I got it now. I forgot to change audio 1 to "vbr mp3" in the "interleaving & avi-overhead" section. Files come out exactly right now. :) Thanks.
