Info panel not displaying correct framecount

If you let Preview mode play an entire vob the final frame count (both coded and playedback) is always one or two frames shorter than the resulting project file.

Build a project
Preview the entire file (leave windows alone when finished)
Open the project via AviSynth+Vdub
Compare frame counts

EDIT: I just back checked and 1.1.0 does NOT exhibit this problem. 1.1.0 displays correct frame count.

ALSO: More Info Panel borkyness... v1.1.0 populates the info panel when completing a project. 1.2.1 does NOT populate info panel when completing a project.

I'm aware of the frame count issue.

Thanks for pointing out the other issues.

I will try to fix them all.

IMHO, as many fields as possible should be filled in at the *beginning* of a slider move/project build.

Currently slider move/project build fill in essentially nothing on the Info Panel.
