Hi m8s,

I got myself a "little" problem with this:

Facts:

I have this *.ts file that I recorded on my Dreambox and I want to make a DVD from it. I Demux it to *.m2v and *.mpa files with Project X.
I then use those files to author a "Author new DVD" in IfoEdit 0.971, which produces a working DVD, with one warning though: "No valid DVD volume could be located," if I then answer the question to continue with "Yes" then the film plays with Audi/16:9 Video, when played with IfoEdit's "DVD Play." I did change the Audio from "Deutsch" to "English" and the "Languade type" from "not specified" to "present."

When I then want to play with my PC DVD player (dvdidle's UltraDVD) the newly created *.IFO files only the Video plays in a NOT 16:9 image, and NO Audio? I even tried to burn the files on a DVD+RW with the same NO Audio result.

When I now play the VOB files then the film works Audio & 16:9 Video.

I tried to re"Create IFOs" with no result either, I tried everything that I know, even took the *.VOB files and in "VOB Extras" "Create new IFOs" doesn't resolve my PROBLEM.

Anyone knows what to do, please let me know!

SatEd:)

Did you try going into the main pgc ifo and change the aspect ratio setting manually and make sure that the correct default audio track is set?
