Which one is used? v1 or v2?

This should be aacPlus v1. I think there is no AAC encoder with Parametric stereo available to the end user yet. Nero is developing one, but it wasn't released so far.

What does the +PS do?

It's another low bitrate coding tool. In simple terms, PS replicates stereo from a mono signal, whereas SBR replicates high frequencies from a low sampling rate stream.

Yeah, but this forum is:
All about the RealVideo 9/10, the RM(VB) container and associated audio formats
;)

aac is an open standard, and not a closed format like realaudio cook aso..
apart from that all aac audio discussion is done in the audio coding forum (as you maybe not know there exist over ten different aac encoders), why should the real aac codec be discussed somewhere else

The question was specificly about Real implementation of AAC codec, and not AAC in general, so I though it was better in here :)
[edit]
I don't want to create problems, move it if you want.

its not a big problem, i just felt the need to say this once, as it seems you are the only one (or one of the few) who posts aac (and theora btw ;) ) issues in the realvideo forum :)

When it was related to realanime or theora in producer...
anyway. doesn't matter anymore. :)
