Error 6 during Prepare phase

DVD-RB 0.77, ripped with Decrypter 3.5.2.0
Movie: "A Murder of Crows" (NTSC)

This movie had 780MB of unreferenced material. I ran it thru VobBlanker to strip out the un-ref'ed stuff, and tried RB again, but RB still got error 6 during prepare.
Then I ran it thru DVDShrink with no compression, hoping that this would fix the problem. It did, and I'm now Rebuild--in the encode phase as I type.
