DVD Styler and Nero

I authored a very basic DVD using the DVD Styler GUI but... when everything was ready to burn (I didn't used the ISO generation) and used Nero DVD creation option it reported an error :"Video_TS.vob is missing" and that the DVD structure is not compliant. Went ahead and burned it anyway and it played flawlesly in a Pioneer player.
Problem is that this is a family movie and my parents who live in Europe and my inlaws in Brasil have different players (all NTSC so no need for doing a PAL version every time) and I can't test every single disk for compatibility.

Any clues on why this happened ?

P.S. I used DVD Author GUI to redo the DVD and everything was A-OK but I would prefer to use the Styler cause is more intuitive .

Afaik, your DVD should be compilant, it's just Nero that's complaining. If you want to you can open the dvd in pgcedit. It will give you a warning and tell you what to do to get the DVD to work correctly with nero.
