Is it possible to use DGIndex in batch mode in order to produce d2V files from several sources ?

Yes. Use the command line interface (CLI), as documented in the file CommandLine.txt.

Could someone please give me an example of the batch file to create for the process of several video vobs at once in DGindex, as I'm dont know exactly how to write it ?

If you post a specific problem, I'll try to help.

There is an example in the CommandLine.txt file.

Well it wasn't my intention at all, and actually I needed help because there wasn't any commandline.txt file in dgindex directory ?
