NuMenu4u 2.0.4 errors

I am converting a episodal disc from pal to ntsc, and i converted the menus with nuMenu4u. The Files generated are good to play on the pc (power dvd is what i use) but when actually burning them to disc, nero fails with 'dvd-video reallocation failed', even when ignoring this error, the disc does not work in my set top player. From all the research that i have doen, it does not have to do with the actual movie files themselves, but mainly the ifo files. I cannot figure this one out!

nero is pretty infamous for causing this error. that's why we (as in the moderators of this part of the forum) don't use it for burning dvd. best way imho is to make an iso with img tools classic and burn that iso with dvd decrypter.
