I am trying to download ASPI_471a2.exe but when I click on it, it shows characters but does not download. I need the Windows ASPI drivers because CDRDAO is disabled and I can't manually enable it.

I did a right click and save as and saved the forceaspi1.7 file to my desktop. It is an RAR file 120K. I tried to decompress it with WinZip but WinZip doesn't decompress RAR files. Then I downloaded News Rover and tried to decompress it with News Rover and I can't. Now I think I don't really have the forceaspi1.7 on my computer so I tried to download it again and got the message that it is an unauthorized download. I have McAfee and I went to System Services in my firewall and checked port 80 http but I still get the same message that it is an unauthorized download. Can anyone help me with this?
