hi

i have some windows media audio/video files that i really want to convert to quicktime mpeg4 or divx, ive had a look around to see what i can use to encode the files, but i cant seem to find anything that will encode windows media audio video files... does anybody know how to do this?

thanks in advance

Videolan (http://videolan.org) should be rather capable of just converting it. Editing would be another storry. It might even be possible to use VLC to just remux the streams in AVI. Although the MS parsers might then refuse to play it. But then FFDShow might not have that issue. ;)
