Hello,
I understand that since v1.25 (use still this version) the IFO parsing part has been removed. A problem is that I get a lot of non DVDDecrypter ripped material and I like this tool very much. I think that the current version has a lot of improvements.
Question is, is there a simple way to convert the IFO/VOB's to DVDDecrypter format. You can of course burn it first and rerip it but that is a lot of work.
Also the fake method is not clear to me. You need to much info for creating a (fake) stream information file.
Best regards,
Marc

So, you wanna create an image, and then burn that image with DVD Decrypter, right ?
You can do that with ImgTool Classic.

If you don't need subs and ready to feed in single PGC without multiangels then you can use File mode of latest AutoGK without having to convert it to DVDDecrypter's output.

I don't think that's what the OP was referring to.
He meant that he might have already ripped a DVD to HD with a different ripper than DVDDecrypter IFO mode, and doesn't have the original DVD any more. That creates a problem for using AutoGK on that movie since it only accepts DVDDecrypter IFO mode for input.
Therefore, he asked if there were a simple way to convert a "file mode" rip into an "IFO mode rip", acceptable as input to Autogk. I would be interested in finding that out as well.

Thanks for the replies.
Indeed. I have a non DVDDecrypter ripped DVD and I want to convert it to a DVDDecrypter format so that AutoGK will accept the data. Burn it to a DVD RW and rerip it wit DVDDecrypter is an option but to time consuming. So I am looking for a simple way to make it work.

len0x: is that the latest stable version or the latest beta release?

Looking at that file mode, it doesn't open a folder like the default mode, but opens individual files. One can open an individual VOB file, but not a folder.
If one opens the first VOB in a movie, does the program automatically open the whole movie?

If this works, then you could use any non DVDDecrypter rip. This is also how Dr. Divx works.
I also discovered that you can install 2 different versions of AutoGK beside each other (for example v1.25 and v1.91). For non DVDDecrypter rips you can still use v1.25.
