OGM tracks merged to Matroska then extracted separatly for encoding process.

I've made some tests, and so far, I think that the extracted video track (XviD) named ".mkv" is highly corrupted at decoding, while naming it ".avi" have a perfect image.

named as AVI, encoding worked #1. Seems I have the same problems with audio tracks:
