I don't think we need a success rate of conversion seeing how the only member of the big3 that really supports format conversion at this time is NuMenu

If a user has a problem converting a menu, then they should post the problem in the numenu thread

If you have a method of conversion, feel free to write up a guide and perhaps doom9 will submit it
